Job Description: Head of Sales / Fifth Corner Inc.
We are Fifth Corner Inc., the creators of the YOU- platform. YOU is a science-based wellbeing and performance coaching platform for modern organizations. We leverage human coaching and AI to help individuals build routines for balance, stress reduction and high performance. Our clients range from leading knowledge organizations to healthcare and pharma – but our core focus is always to serve and support the individual.
We are now looking for an addition to our team – a stellar head of sales.
About the role:
As Head of Sales you will be working with our CEO and account manager (and the rest of the team) to make sure we grow and hit our targets.
- You will sell Fifth Corner Inc. services to prospective B2B customers and manage the customer relationship
- You will create and manage your own pipeline – identify companies that could benefit from our offering
- You will be in charge of managing all our sales channels and methods (e.g. cold calling, lead follow-up and outbound activities, social media, email)
- You will be responsible for managing the whole sales funnel and designing and implementing a sales plan
- You will build and maintain positive business relationships based on mutual learning and trust
- You will participate in relevant events, webinars and conferences
- Your closest sales colleagues will be Fifth Corner Inc.’s CEO and account manager. As we are a startup, our service will change and evolve over time. You are thus expected to actively feed back your learnings from clients to the Head of Product to help shape our offering.
- You love the art of sales and are darn good at it.
- You consider sales as a means to serve customers and create value, not distract it
- You love building lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and learning together
- You have previous experience from b2b-sales and a track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- You are fluent both in Finnish and English
- You are a self-driven, collaborative team-player by nature – the role requires daily interaction with clients, prospective clients and members of the team!
- You feel comfortable navigating a fast-moving startup environment where experimentation and fast learning are part of our dna
